Our on site paint facility, services both our internal requirements & has an established customer base.

Powder Coat Facility

Powder coating ensures a superior metal finish by applying the coating with an electrostatic process that achieves uniform powder coverage on the most complex products. This is then cured in a temperature controlled environment. We offer a range of finishes including polyester, epoxy, anti-graffiti, specialist coatings to satisfy the new handrail regulations and zinc rich coatings for highly corrosive environments, all in a range of colors including RAL, Pantone and BS.

Wet Paint Facility

We offer wet sprays in RAL, Pantone and BS colors, applied as two pack Polyurethane, single pack air dry paints, three coat systems and as primers, All coatings can be applied to specific Dry Film Thickness (DFT) levels.

Degreasing & Shot Blasting

As part of our finishing services we offer vapor degreasing and a shot blasting service.
